Account Manager
We are one of Sydney's leading promotional product companies with an enviable client base and a great reputation. We have enjoyed fantastic success over the past 25 years and due to our continued growth, we are looking for a full time Account Manager to join our team based in Matraville.
We are looking for someone to be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the promotional products industry and have a successful track record in sales.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Ability to work individually, and as part of a team
- Commonsku experience preferred but not essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise between the customer and internal team
