About the role

The Client Manager will lead the management and strategic development of a portfolio of blue-chip merchandise-based clients, driving the achievement of client budgets, growth targets, and long-term objectives.

This role involves high-level client relationship management, proactive account growth, Cross-selling of Zinc marketing solutions, and strategic planning, with an emphasis on delivering innovative and integrated marketing solutions.

What a day in the life of a Client Manager looks like…

• Attend a client meeting to ideate solutions to their challenges 
• Looking at new business opportunities
• Catch up with Creative to de-brief on concepts and prepare for the next activation campaign
• Spend time working with your incredible teammates on client and strategic planning
• Head out for a client visit; pitching new ideas and sharing updates of campaign's
• Complete your daily review of your work
• Learn, Laugh, have fun, inspire and be inspired

More about what you'll do

• Project management – proposals & estimates, creative & digital briefs, timelines, reporting, stakeholder management
• Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring all deliverables are met and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
• Collaborate with supply partners to deliver on client goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Pitching new ideas and growing your budget
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, and client insights to drive optimal results.
• Step into the client's business and understand their immediate challenges
• Budget and sales-focused role
• Work across a range of marketing services and know when to present them

About you

• Qualifications in Business or Marketing
• Knowledge of Marketing and Marketing Services (eg. Merchandise/POS)
• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Services
• Strong client management and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build and grow relationships -Commercial acumen
• Client-centric mindset -Strong project management skills
• Agile thinking
