SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Arid Zone is currently celebrating 38 years in business and is the "flagship" brand within Conserv Brands Group (which includes Brand Promotions, PromoShop, Chilli Promotions and PointsShop).

We have an exciting, brand new Sales Support "entry level" role now available for someone with the desire to "grow" along with us. The hours are flexible between 25-32 hrs per week with potential for increase.

THE ROLE

You will work interact closely with a diverse range of clients who visit one of our Online Sites for ideas, pricing and minimum qty information. Your role is pivotal; ensuring firm quotes and responses including artwork requirements and delivery dates are communicated clearly.

Daily activities will include but are not limited to:

• Processing successful quote confirmations and job bags for scheduling
• Constant work in progress interaction with our Production Team
• Updating products and information on the site landing pages and "back end"
• Co-ordinating payment processing with our finance team
• Confidently following up outstanding quotes and enquiries
• Maintaining client contact and transaction records on database

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Superior communication, accuracy and follow up skills
• Proven time management and task prioritisation
• Ability to multi-task and meet continual, often tight deadlines
• Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint/Excel)
• Self-motivated, customer focused, reliable with a strong desire to succeed
• Confident, respectful, professional manner when working with clients, suppliers and stakeholders

A background in the Promotional Merchandise industry in a sales or production role is preferred, however applicants with relevant skill sets acquired from related industries including packaging, printing, signage, marketing or creative agencies will also be considered. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Web site updating will be advantageous but not a necessity.
