Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager, your role will be to prospect and secure new business while professionally managing client accounts. This includes generating sales with the aim of increasing the overall profitability and success of The Promo Lab along with the co-ordination of all steps involved in delivering finished product of the highest standard to clients.

You must have:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Customer service and people skills
  • Interpersonal skills (including relationship building)
  • Listening skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organisation, planning and prioritising skills
  • Strong attention to details

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate initiative
  • Be a team player
  • Cope with the pressure of deadlines
  • Self-motivated

Part time (20 hours) or full time (40 hours) is available but must work everyday (Monday-Friday).
