The APPA Young Achiever Award celebrates the future of our industry by acknowledging exceptional young achievers (up to the age of 35) with at least 2 to 5 years’ experience in the promotional products industry and with a clear association to APPA.
The recipient of the 2022 APPA Young Achiever Award is Lachlan Rae, Managing Director of leading decorator Ezibrand. Lachlan was announced as this year's winner at the 2022 APPA Awards Gala Dinner in Melbourne to thunderous applause.
Lachlan has been in the promotional printing industry for 12 years, founding Ezibrand in Melbourne when he was only 20 years old.
Since then, Lachlan has grown his business to become one of the country's leading decorators, managing a team of more than 30 staff members.
Lachlan is a proud and active member of APPA, consistently sharing his knowledge and experience within the industry. He played a key role in APPA's 2021 Mentoring Program, during which he mentored a junior staff member from a different APPA member business.
