The Australasian Promotional Products Association (APPA) Board of Directors have called a Special General Meeting (SGM) to propose a special resolution for members to approve changes to the APPA Constitution.

The SGM will be held on Monday 27^th March at 5.30pm (AEDT).

Members are invited to attend and vote on the special resolution either:

• in person at the APPA offices at 13/333 Canterbury Road, Canterbury, Victoria, 3126, Australia,
• via Zoom (link to be provided), OR
• by appointing a proxy and returning the SGM Proxy Form.

2. Declaration of Quorum, Apologies & Proxies
3. Special Resolution – Adoption to changes of the Constitution
4. Close of meeting

Register to Attend
To register your attendance at the meeting in order to vote for or against the proposed changes or to pass on your apologies, please email APPA on info@appa.com.au

Appointing a Proxy
All Members who are entitled to attend have the right to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting in their place. A proxy need not be an APPA member.

If you are unable to attend but would like vote on the proposed changes via an appointed proxy, please download the Proxy Appointment Form and return to info@appa.com.ay by 5.30pm (AEDT) Saturday 25^th March 2023.
